Starting Over After Divorce: Choosing Me Again

Rebuild the Trust in Yourself You Lost in That Relationship
So You Naturally Attract Healthier Relationships
and Never Have to Settle Again

Does This Sound Like You?

You're successful, capable & confident in so many areas of life, but relationships make you question yourself.

You wonder whether your standards are too high...or if you've actually been settling for too little.

You don't fully trust your own judgment anymore.

You're afraid of wasting another five or ten years with the wrong person.

Meet the Founder, Lisa Tickel

Hi, I’m Lisa. After my own divorce, I realized I wasn’t just ending up with the wrong men—I was repeating patterns I didn’t fully understand. So, I did the deeper inner work to understand myself, the choices I was making, what I was tolerating and why I kept getting pulled into the same kinds of relationships. That work changed everything. I learned to trust myself more, recognize unhealthy patterns sooner, and get clear about what I actually wanted and needed in my life and relationships. Now I help women over 40 do the same—understand themselves more deeply, rebuild trust in themselves and stop repeating the patterns that keep them stuck.

RECLAIM: A 12-Week Journey Back to Yourself After an Unhealthy Relationship

RECLAIM is not a dating program. It’s for the woman who is done losing herself in relationships and is ready to put the focus back where it belongs—on herself. You spent years trying to make the relationship work—giving more, trying harder, keeping the peace and putting your own needs aside. Now, whether you’re questioning the relationship, separated, or divorced, you may be wondering how you got here, why you stayed as long as you did, and how to make sure you never lose yourself like this again. That’s what RECLAIM is about. It’s about understanding the patterns that shaped your relationships, healing what kept you stuck and becoming more grounded and connected to yourself. This isn’t about finding your next partner. It’s about getting healthier first—and then deciding what you want for your life.If you do choose another relationship, you’ll be better able to recognize what’s healthy, trust yourself and choose differently. And the changes don’t stop with romantic relationships.• You recognize unhealthy dynamics sooner.
• You set stronger boundaries.
• You trust yourself more.
• You stop abandoning yourself to keep other people happy.
• You make room for healthier people and healthier relationships.
That affects the way you relate to friends, family, adult children, coworkers and everyone else in your life.
When you change, your relationships change too.

FAQ's

Do I need to be ready to date to start RECLAIM?

Absolutely not. In fact, this program isn't about getting you back out there as quickly as possible. This is your time to focus on yourself first so when you do decide to date again, you're doing it from a different place.

What if I don't trust myself to choose the right person anymore?

This is one of the biggest reasons women come into this work. You may trust yourself with your career, family and a hundred other decisions, but relationships make you question everything. We'll look at what was underneath those past choices so you can understand yourself better and stop constantly second-guessing what you see, feel and know.

What if I don't even know what I want anymore?

You'd be surprised how common this is. After years of taking care of everyone else, you may not have spent much time asking yourself what you actually want. A big part of this work is getting clear on your needs, your standards and the kind of life and relationship you want now.

What if I don't think I have unresolved trauma?

That’s okay. You don’t have to call it trauma for this work to be valuable. Maybe you just know something has always felt a little off in your relationships. We're not here to put a label on your past...we're looking at what shaped you and whether it's still affecting the choices you make today.

How is this different from therapy?

I'm not a therapist and this program isn't about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. This mentorship is focused on understanding your relationship experiences, recognizing what you don't want to repeat, getting clear on what you need and learning what healthy relationships actually look like.
